Exodus® Web3 Wallet® | Exodus Browser Extension - webflow

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Exodus is known for its desktop wallet software that allows users to manage a variety of cryptocurrencies. It does not provide a dedicated "Exodus Web3 Wallet." However, the term "Web3 Wallet" typically refers to wallets designed to interact with decentralized applications (dApps) and the Ethereum blockchain.

If you are looking to connect your Exodus wallet to a Web3-compatible service or dApp, here's how you can do it:

Connect Exodus to a Web3 Wallet:

  1. Set Up Exodus Wallet: Make sure you have the Exodus Wallet software installed on your computer and your wallet set up. You should have a password and a 12-word recovery phrase for your Exodus wallet.
  2. Access a Web3 Service or dApp: To interact with a Web3 service or dApp, such as decentralized exchanges or blockchain games, visit the specific platform through your web browser. Ensure that the platform you're using is Web3-compatible, which is common for Ethereum-based dApps.
  3. Connect Your Wallet: Typically, you will see a "Connect Wallet" or "Connect with Web3" option on the platform you're using. Click on it.
  4. Choose Exodus Wallet: From the list of available wallets, select Exodus Wallet. You may need to confirm the connection on your Exodus Wallet interface.
  5. Access the dApp: Once your Exodus Wallet is connected, you can start using the dApp. Depending on the platform, you might be able to trade tokens, participate in DeFi (Decentralized Finance), play blockchain games, or interact with various decentralized services.

Exodus allows you to connect to Web3 services and dApps that are Ethereum-based or support other blockchains that Exodus Wallet is compatible with. Keep in mind that the specific steps for connecting your wallet may vary depending on the dApp or platform you're using.

Please ensure that you're using a trusted and secure dApp or service, and be cautious when granting permissions to interact with your wallet. Always follow best security practices to protect your cryptocurrency assets. Be aware that developments in the cryptocurrency space can occur, and new features or integrations may have emerged since my last update in September 2021.
